Automatic Cold Press Welding Copper or Aluminium Foil Coil Winding Machine For Reactor BRJ300-2 is a dedicated reactor / transformer making equipment, and it can be used for winding transformer or reactor foil coils and other similar products. The machine is provided with cold press welding unit for welding foil and bar together. The welding unit can weld not only aluminium foil and aluminium bar together, but also aluminium foil and copper bar. Servo motor is used for winding, which guarantees the precision. The tailstock can be moved for taking away the finished coil. The machine can wind the foil on the iron core directly. User friendly interface makes sure it is very easy to operate the machine.
