General Information
CNC Programmable Transformer Coil Winding Machine With 800mm Transverse Length ZPX800 is a special machine for winding transformer coil and other similar products. The machine is provided with a wire guide. The wire guide is driven by a servo motor, which guarantees the excellent stop start behaviour. The transverse length of the wire guide is 800mm, which means the machine can wind the coil with maximum height 800mm. The winding machine can be used to wind flat and round wire. Coil dereeler is provided according to requirements. The pneumatic brake is used to provide tension, and the tension can be adjusted. When winding round wire, there are five pulleys for providing tension. The round wire with different going through the pulleys can provide different tension.
