CE Certified Main Electric Parts Foil Coil Winding Machine For Cast Resin Transformer BRJ1400-2 is one professional equipment for winding coils for cast resin transformer. This kind of foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of copper or aluminium foil, the foil width can be from 300mm to 1400mm. This winding machine can also handle one or two layers of layer insulation paper. TIG welding unit is used to weld the conductor foil and the bus bar together. Moreover, the machine can be manufactured as requested, such as the foil decoiler expanding range. Usually, the foil decoiler expanding range is from 480 to 520mm, which is suitable for the conductor foil with inner diameter 500mm. The foil decoiler expanding range can be different to cater for conductor foil with different inner diameters.
