This coil winding machine is provided with main winding motor, servo motor, automatic wire laying unit, layer insulation unit, tension adjustable decoiler, pneumatic system, PLC based control system, and so on. This kind of coil winding machine can wind copper or aluminium flat and round wire coil. It has many functions, such as automatic wire arrangement, automatic changing wire guide moving direction, automatic counting, counting reverse, etc. The wire guide is driven by one servo motor. All of the parameters are input through a touch screen. It is very easy to operate it.
