This winding machine is provided with main motor for winding coil , servo motor for driving wire guide, coil stand for placing coil, and so on. The PLC based control system provides a easy way to make the machine wind automatically as per requirements. This winding machine features slow starting, when pressing the foot pedal, the machine will rotate slowly, after several seconds (can be preset), the machine will rotate at the preset speed, smooth running, during running, the machine is very stable, which assure the coil wound is well distributed, strong pulling force, 7.5kw motor provides strong pulling force, and easy operate, touch screen makes the operation very easy.
