Wire Conductor Small Coil Winding Machine For Transformer With 1.5kw Motor ZPX400 is composed of main winding motor, 1.5kw, servo motor, 750w, 4-jaw chuck or other connecting mode, wire guide, touch screen, foot pedal, VFD, PLC, pneumatic system, and so on. With servo motor driven wire guide, after inputting relevant parameters, the machine can wind the wire layer by layer automatically. The counter can count the number of turns, moreover, the counter can count the number of turns reversibly. With the potentiometer, the rotating speed can be adjusted no rate, and with the foot pedal, the machine can be controlled and the rotating direction can be switched.
With the colored touch screen, it is every easy to operate the winding machine.
