Description
Dry Type Transformer Foil Winding Machine With One Layer 1400 mm Copper Strip BRJ1400 is a special equipment for winding cast resin transformer foil coil. The foil and insulation de-reelers are provided with an automatically controlled brake system, which applies a constant tension to the materials during the winding process and makes the winding tight. The winding unit is equipped with a pressure roller system, making the wound coil cannot reserve when the machine stops running. This kind of foil winding machine is also supplied with one expanding mandrel for the copper foil and two for the paper insulation. The mandrel for copper foil is with diameter range from 400 mm to 520 mm, and the mandrel for paper is with the diameter range from 76 mm to 400 mm. The welding system is used to weld foil with bar, TIG is standard for this style of foil winding machine, and the cold pressure welding is optional. This foil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, full function, high automation, and easy operation, etc.
