1) Description
15kw Motor Driven Automatic Copper Foil Coil Winding Machine With TIG Welding BRJ1000-2 can wind copper or aluminium foil strip with max width 1000mm. This foil winding machine is provided with two pieces of foil decoilers and insulation decoilers, which can provide tension through pneumatic brake system. Moreover, photoelectric sensors are used to make sure the foil edge is neat when winding. Pressing rollers is used to make the foil not reverse when the machine stopps winding. The control system based on PLC can control the machine precisely. Touch screen interface make the operation easy and intuitive.
